The California Central Coast Chapter of the Project Management Institute is a California Corporation established as a "Mutual Benefit" nonprofit Professional Association under section 501(C ) (6) of the Federal Tax code and section 23701e of the California Revenue and Taxation code. The Chapter Articles of Incorporation were endorsed and filed by the California Secretary of State on July 15th, 2000.
